Kevin Van Winkle

The Steier Group designs customized planning studies and provides hands-on capital campaign management to schools, churches, dioceses and colleges.

Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

-Serve as lead project manager, providing planning study and capital campaign management services
-Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective donors to gauge support for specific projects
-Craft detailed communication plans and design all materials
-Manage and train leaders and volunteers on solicitation strategy and techniques
-Design and implement segmented fundraising strategies that appeal to all donor constituencies

• Strove towards accessibility so that any young man of promise in the Omaha area who chooses to make Prep their home can do so without financial hardship standing as an obstacle to their family
• Nurtured a donor portfolio of near 100 for operational and endowed gifts
• Helped with event planning, sponsorship, and execution
• Worked to raise funds through various campaigns and appeals by engaging stakeholders that include alumni, current parents, past parents, friends of the school, and corporate sponsors

• Oversaw total student NSAA events and programs, including all inter-school athletic and NSAA sanctioned activities
• Adhered to school policies, rules and guidelines
• Planned participation in NSAA events
• Ensured program/event calendars were easily accessible and advertised
• Represented Duchesne Academy at all District and Conference meetings
• Acquired and manages personnel needed to properly execute home contests
• Collected and coordinated all monies and fees with the business office
• Served as primary fundraiser for Athletics via Booster Club leadership and events.
