- Weekly Riding in Ambulances with NYS certified EMTs and Paramedics responding to 911 dispatch calls/emergencies in my community (began late Sept 2024) with 44 hours logged, averaging 9+ hours/week (09/27-11/01) to date.
- Riding, I help transport patients to nearby hospitals, often taking their vitals, including heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature and breathing rate.
- Throughout my time volunteering so far, I've seen and helped people from car crashes/accidents, heart attacks, strokes, falls and more.
