• Read pick sheets and invoices to determine items to be selected and gathered for fulfilling orders with the highest level of accuracy.
• Pull products from warehouse bins and shelves then wrap and pack products as appropriately as instructed to complete customer orders.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
• Experience loading and stacking pallets.

• Work with material moving machine operators and material recording workers to handle items and keep a record of items.
• Communicate with co-workers and clients to ensure the safe and on-time delivery of goods. Companies want packages to be delivered on time and without damage.
• Handle physically demanding movements like pushing, pulling, bending down and lifting of packages.
• Responsible for handling packages without dropping or other brisk movements that could damage them.

Perform a daily check list on equipment
• Keep up with fast pace of production, transporting pallets and storing inventory
• Remove product from trucks in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety standards, procedures and processes
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure proper flow of inbound or outbound product
• Hand-stack pallets in appropriate manner
• Load and unload product properly to minimize damage
