I am currently a materials tester on the 167-gateway project working on stage 2a/1b/2b projects. Testing aggregates/HMA/Density/Grout/Concrete in order for acceptance per standard specifications. Surveying shared use path for entire project to ensure top lift of the hma will meet specs. Assisting e2 in day-to-day activities including traffic control plans and environmental plans.

• Operated heavy equipment in the maintenance and repair of roadways; operated snow plows, graders, and other specialized vehicles.
• Inspected culverts for blockages or obstructions that could cause flooding during storms.
• Used shovels, rakes and other hand tools to perform manual labor tasks related to roadway maintenance.
• Ensured that all safety protocols were followed when working with hazardous materials or operating machinery.
• Responded quickly to emergency situations involving roadside accidents or inclement weather events. Worked with Washington State Patrol and Incident Response teams for traffic control on the scene of accidents.
