• AUTEC (Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center) US Navy, Andros Island, Bahamas, Served as project engineer in the determination of the existing pier load ratings.
• Tampa Port Authority Berth Inspections, Tampa, Florida, Served as project engineer for the inspection of 8 separate berths throughout the Tampa Port Authority.
