- Coordinate with other College departments to offer wrap around services, including but not limited to the following, Campus Counseling & Wellness, Campus Safety, Title IX Coordinator, Dean of Students, Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, and appropriate academic administrators.
- Counsel, consult, and advise students on an individual basis and refer when appropriate to proper resource agencies on/off campus. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine student's needs and formulate case action plans
- Provide support services to Veteran students; such as assisting with LCCC procedures, community resources, rehabilitation services, counseling services, and referrals to internal and external Veterans Administration (VA) services.
- Assist Veteran students with application procedures, financial aid programs, and other applicable student services and resolving problems in relation to veteran student concerns.
