• Manage opening business activities, including daily reports of previous day performances, creating action plans, assigning projects, conducting daily check-ins with staff, and assisting inventory control specialist.
• Handle closing business tasks such as store recovery, closing registers, processing daily deposits, taking daily notes, and creating reports on overall store performance for integration into Flex to calculate labor.
• Operate New Store openings (NSO) to build new teams and conduct action plans.
• Perform daily inventory evaluations to ensure proper corrections are made.
• Train and develop new partners to acquire skills needed to perform operationally.
