Led team of PMT engineers to manage all Exterior freshening changes for the next-gen 2021MY F-150. Managed cost, tooling, and weight targets for exterior content and created a quality roadmap.

Led PMT engineers on 2016-2019MY F-150 and 2018-2020MY Super Duty F-Series programs to manage all exterior freshening changes. Delivered all cost, tooling, and weight objectives.

Led exterior PMT engineers and on-site exterior D&R engineers to launch the all-new aluminum F-150 at Dearborn Truck and Kansas City Assembly plants. Supported all build-phases at Pilot Plant and both assembly plants and delivered product on-time and with quality.

D&R exterior lighting engineer for 2004 F-150, 2005.5 Lincoln Mark LT, 2007 Lincoln Mark LT, 2009 F-150, 2011 Super Duty, and 2015 F-150 programs managing design, cost, tooling, timing, weight, and quality. Co-VFG Leader for Exterior Lighting warranty.

Stamped-steel bumper D&R engineer for 2005 and 2007 Super Duty programs, delivering cost, tooling, weight and quality targets. Supported launches at Pilot Plant and Kentucky Truck. Promoted to Senior Engineer in first round of selections. Exterior Warranty QB leader, to identify and resolve warranty issues.

D&R engineer for Super Duty, Excursion, Medium Truck, F-650 Super CrewZer exterior content and delivered first foglamps on Super Duty as well as first reverse park aid system on Ford pickups. Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

D&R and on-site launch engineer for exterior ornamentation, bumpers, mirrors, and lighting on all-new 1999 Super Duty F-Series. Managed cost, tooling, weight, design updates, and trials throughout launch builds at Pilot Plant and Kentucky Truck.
