• Managing Class A drivers (128) that haul Tankers, Dry Vans, Flatbed, and Liquid Tank.
• Conducting weekly driver safety meetings. Help drivers with NTTS breakdowns.

• Lead in the development of procedures and methods that improve material and logistics controls, quality, productivity, and cost to materials logistics operations.
• Complete background checks, including pulling MVR, Drug Test, Travel arrangements, and Hire Rights reports.
• Make sure all drivers comply with DOT rules and regulations.
• Kept reports on all driver retention problems, handling them accordingly to fix and solve any problems, to satisfy standards of company and driver, and to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with senior management and executive levels to establish short-term and long-term business objectives for the Procurement function.
• Collaborate with legal departments to draft and manage logistics contracts, ensuring supplier adherence to contract obligations.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability, implementing measures to maximize energy production and minimize downtime.
