• 01/2019, Present, General Technologies Inc. GTI, International Business Development Manager, GTI is the largest Manufacturer and Supplier of Special Reinforcement systems & Components of Unbonded/Bonded Post Tension systems, Concrete Accessories and related Equipment in USA. I joined GTI to develop and maintain customer relations globally. My Duties are: Marketing, finding, estimating, bidding, securing, and negotiating work globally. Promote and secure profitable new contracts and maintain customer relations. Develop presentations on products. Identify potential clients. Make sales presentations to clients including contractors, architects, engineers, and transportation departments. Keep abreast of changing global market conditions and competition so that marketing strategies and financial planning are accurate. Assist in developing (design and testing) new products and improving existing products.
• 03/2007, 01/2019, DSI MIDDLE EAST W.L.L. (Formely QACS), General Manager, QACS is a specialized structural Contractor for Post tension Concrete and focus area of High rise towers and Residential Buildings. I joined QACS to manage and supervise the company projects in Qatar and managed to increase the annual turnover from 1M$ to 10M$ in 10 years and increase the staff from 30 to 108 to become the Market leader in Post tension field by introducing and executing services in Geotechnical services, Industrial factories as well as infrastructure and Bridges. Due to the great success, QACS was purchased by DSI International in 2016. DSI is a German company founded in 1865 and it is one of the world's leaders in Civil Engineering. I was promoted and offered Shares to manage the Company and became responsible for Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. The Company name was changed to DSI MIDDLE EAST as a new Business unit presenting Dywidag Systems International in the Middle East. In the Past 5 Years only we handed over 100 projects to our clients including Underground Metro packages, Bridges, Cement factories, LNG Tanks, High rise towers, Luxury Hotels, Hospitals, and Residential Buildings.
