With a gynecologist background , stepping into Clinical Research was a big honor that I always wanted to pursue . Joined Revive Research Institute to coordinate and support women's health clinical trials, enhancing research efforts in this field.

I currently work as a Lead coordinator at a Women's Health practice with an investigator who holds a good research background and has accomplished many trials with renowned pharmaceutical companies.

I am a project Lead and responsible to coordinate the whole process from site selection till activation and include maintaining communication between the sponsor ,Regulatory , budget , operation and clinical department.

My responsibility is to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocol during any site related activities . In addition I actively participate in strategic development for recruitment and participant enrollment . As a lead coordinator I maintain all the ISF and regulatory documents along with the assigned team . At the site I oversee data collection procedures,ensuring accuracy , timeliness , and integrity as per GCP requirements.

My medical background helps me in creating subject facing materials that are being submitted for IRB Approval. In addition, I use my medical knowledge in determining subjects' risk and safety at all times .

Worked as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in a medical centre with outpatient clinics in various disciplines like primary care , pediatrics .

I was involved in providing general Women s health consultations , prenatal care and examinations , postpartum care , Contraceptive counseling and dispersion and managing reproductive health issues for women of all ages.

• Conducted comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care for diverse patient populations.
• Worked in Emergency labor ward and managed and conducted Normal and operative deliveries and all emergency obstetric conditions .
• Worked in operating room assisting senior surgeons in open and laparoscopic surgeries and performed Cesarean sections and emergency surgeries.
• Worked in Obstetric wards dealing with immediate postpartum and postoperative patients admitted in the hospital..
• Diagnosed and managed various gynecological conditions utilizing up-to-date practices.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and treatment plans.
• Educated patients on reproductive health, family planning, and wellness strategies.
• Promoted healthy lifestyle choices among pregnant women through counseling on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other important aspects of prenatal care.

Completed Postgraduate training in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Dow University of Health Sciences.

Invoked emergency duties as a first on call physician responsible fot attending all walk in emergencies along with the team of senior and Junior obstetricians .

Worked regularly in Obstetrics nd Gynecology wards taking care of admissions and tracking their progress continously .

Completed Research activities as a part of curriculum and participated in University seminars with poster presentations .

I did my medical degree from Pakistan from a renowned medical school Dow University of Medical Sciences and post graduated in Obstetrics & gynecology from 'Royal College of Physicians of Ireland '

I left clinical practice in 2021 and embarked in the field of Research in 2023. In my previous role as a physician I have completed various courses in Research methodology and participated in preparing clinical guidelines in accordance with internationally accepted bodies. I have always been a part of Audits and research projects at the hospital and was keenly interested in pursuing this field at some point in my career.
