My role as a command center associate was to:

Greet customers as soon as they walk in the entrance

Check customers orders into the system after i greet them

Verify that there order is in the warehouse by locating it in the warehouse or if we are busy I call on one of my warehouse workers to locate the product in the warehouse while I continue assisting other customers.

I would then audit the customers product and verify all of the materials are on the pallet

If it was a smaller order that I can physically hand-load I would hand-load the order myself or if it was a larger order that goes on a pallet jack I would either hand-load the order onto the customers vehicle or if the customer wanted to do it themselves the customer would do it themselves.

If it was a much larger order that was on a pallet jack I would call one of my warehouse associates on the walkie talkie to come and pull the order down with the reach and drop the order into the warehouse; then the warehouse worker would then park the reach

then get onto the forklift I would then grab a flag and a neon yellow vest and guide the forklift driver towards the customers vehicle and the warehouse workers would help load the material onto the customers vehicle.

Once they were finished I would then guide the forklift driver back into the warehouse, and have the customer sign off on the order, I always make sure to get a signature from the customer before the customer leaves.

• Sorted and organized dishware, utensils, and cookware for efficient workflow.
• Implemented proper sanitation techniques to uphold health department regulations.
