I'm an Industral-Organizational Psychologist who is passionate about making work better for people. I've accomplished this through my multiple roles in the technology space, with extensive experience in consulting, presenting to c-suite level executives, people analytics and data experience (using R/SQL), and giving talks/thought leadership.
