Kiara Clifford

I am a keyholder. I'm apart of the visuals team and my role focus on floor sets, marketing, shipment, stock, and replenishment plus processing online orders. I also work on the sales floor as leader on duty. I help mentor and support my fellow coworkers to make sure we are achieving daily goals such as sales goal, conversion, ATD, UPT, loyalty and credit sign ups. As well as making ensuring we are making genuine connections with guests, sharing promos, and everyone is in a fun and productive environment.

I developed and implemented merchandise strategies to meet the company objectives. I analyzed sales data to determine trends, anticipate customer needs and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly. As well as keeping records of vendor and supplier expenditures and organized financial documents into company databases.

I greeted customers and processed transactions using a point-of-sale system. I helped customers find specific products, answered questions, and offered product advice.
