The IMF program was a program that changed my life in my early years of highschool I struggled a lot but i was offered a spot in the IMF program founded and ran by Kevin Cunha, they taught us skills not only in engineering witch included operating heavy machinery equipment such as Table saws Jack hammers etc, we also learned some electrical engineering such as installing Solar panels and installing wires, we even learned the basics of plumbing we installed multiple toilets showers and sinks, but they also taught us how to be better men/woman and treating us as so, being a kid from the inner city this program absolutely changed my life and got me ready for the workforce. After the first year there I was selected to be a team leader/ supervisor in the summer program to help teach troubled kids such as I was the year prior the same thing I was taught it was an Amazing experience.
