
With 23 years of tenure at Southwest, I have fully embraced the Southwest way by actively participating in the Culture Committee and taking on leadership roles within my teams and among fellow agents. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated adaptability by relocating to Atlanta, GA to spearhead the opening of a new market, as well as serving as a station trainer to instill the "SWA Culture" in new hires. Mentoring and developing both youth and adults has been a lifelong commitment. Additionally, I am passionate about driving innovative ideas that can lead to a more efficient and cost-effective work environment.
