I graduated High School in 2022 and am currently taking time to gain work experience as I look to further my education. I am looking for a place where I can learn new skills and apply them to furthering my career path.
My work experience is still limited, but I have proven myself quickly and been given additional responsibilities early in my employment. Thus demonstrating my employers satisfaction with my job performance.
Throughout high school to present I have also done extensive volunteer work with the youth at my churches in Wisconsin and well as Florida.
I would take the customers orders and help prepare the orders to be handed out the window, as well as help the food line make the food. After 3 months of employment I was promoted to training new hire, before my departure I trained 3 people in the customer service area.
I was the only minor on staff working and going to school full time and I was the first person they would call in when coverage was needed. My supervisor continually increased my responsibilities, preparing me for a managerial role that I would be eligible for upon turning 18 years old.
When my family made the decision to move out of state, I notified them immediately and gave them a 30 day notice so they had time to find a replacement.
