Over 8 years experience as a configuration analyst for Blue Shield. Currently I have two roles within PACC – Pricing Analytics & Contract Configuration. I’m a configuration analyst for professional contacts and I manage Medi-cal maintenance updates within Jira. I am responsible for processing and maintaining rules/ regulations and pricing changes for the state Medi-cal program. This includes but not limited to code/rate updates changes, trouble shooting , documentation creation and maintenance. Providing weekly reporting and status meetings with various stakeholders . All while maintaining strict deadline requirements for both BSC and PHP. Kim’s role as a configuration analyst is to analyze provider contracts both BSC and Medi-cal. Configuration end to end from distribution in CLMS to production environment in facets.

  • Consults with provider contracting to determine best approach in interpretation of the contract and its intent
  • Proficient in interpretation and analysis of provider contracts of moderate to high complexity
  • One fo the go to analyst for escalated issues for both bsc and PHP
  • Leads weekly meetings with stakeholders on Medi-cal
  • Makes all task updates within Jira for Medi-cal updates
