While studying pre-nursing, I have been working at a nail salon, which has helped me develop strong communication and interpersonal skills. This experience taught me how to be patient with a wide variety of people and how to remain calm and professional in busy or stressful situations. Managing customers with different personalities while staying efficient under pressure has prepared me to handle the fast-paced and emotionally demanding environment of healthcare. I am eager to grow in my career and gain hands-on experience as a Patient Care Technician (PCT), where I can continue building my skills and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
