Maintenance Lead responsible for maintenance duties of assigned S-61 aircraft in the field. Repaired and overhauled S-61 driveshafts at 145 repair station . Recently was responsible for maintenance of two S-61N aircraft providing support to Pacific Missile Range Facility ( Barking Sands ) at Kekaha , HI.

Worked OCONUS in Kadahar , Afghanistan as a maintenance lead responsible for two S-61N helicopters. Responsibilities included performing an d supervising field maintenance , maintenance planning , ordering and shipping of aircraft components and supplies and record keeping .

• Removed and installed aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions and mechanical flight controls on CH47D helicopters .
• Provided for servicing, maintenance and protection of aircraft while away from home station.
• Successfully maintained clean, valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Worked OCONUS in Jalabad , Afghanistan as a maintenance lead (RII ) performing and supervising field maintenance on Sikorsky S-61N model helicopters .

Performed maintenance on S-61N helicopters to include component changes , preventive & routine maintenance and record keeping .

Performed maintenance on Sikorsky S-61N , S-61A and S-61R aircraft . Maintenance included component changes , structural repairs , trouble shooting , inspections , routine and preventative maintenance in a logging , firefighting and heavy lift construction enviroments .

Worked under the supervision of licensed A&P in all aspects of required aircraft maintenance . Received FAA approval to test for A&P certificate under FAR Part 65 . Completed testing requirements and received A&P mechanics certificate on 10-10-2006 .

• Determined quickest and safest routes for delivery by using effective planning and organizational skills.
• Reported driving hours and [Type] data into shift logs, maintaining high level of accuracy and detail.
• Inspected trucks and trailers before each trip to assess safety and identify maintenance concerns.
