Volunteer Work

I spent the previous 2 years volunteering with the Lunch Buddy Program through the Big Brother / Big Sister Organization.

Having lunch with a match with a child from a local school once a week throughout the school year.

I was fortunate to have the same child for the 2 years.

We had lunch the library and we talked, did crafts, the child decided what we did during those 30 minutes each week.

It was very rewarding and I feel grateful to have this experience.
