I re-signed with their Outpatient Radiation Oncology Department as a Travel RN.
I was primarily hired to monitor patients who were scheduled to have CT Mapping sessions done for their upcoming radiation treatment. This included RN assessments, triage, and pre-medicating patients who needed it. I also monitored labs for IV contrast administration, IV contrast safety questionnaires, PORT accessing and de-accessing, education and teachings regarding upcoming radiation treatment, and experiences.
I was hired as an outpatient Travel RN in a PCP department within Beth Israel Lahey Health beginning November 2020. I resigned with them twice and my contract lasted there until August 2021.
