I began my career in Nursing in May of 1980. From that time until October 1986, I worked in a Medical Surgical unit encompassing and caring for pts. that had medical, orthopedic and neurology issues. I also administered chemotherapy and cared for oncology patients and provided support to families.

October 1986. I worked again in the Medical Surgical, Orthopedic

and Oncology units. In 1996, I began working the the family birthplace and cared for patients in Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby unit and Nursery. I participated in scheduling and circulation for Cesarean Sections. I was the Charge Nurse of the unit and was responsible for safety, scheduling and assisting Nurses and personnel.
