As a mom to 4 very athletic and academically gifted children my activities have been centered around them for years. I have spent many hours volunteering at church, school board, class mom, kids sporting events, and homeschooling my daughter to pursue elite level gymnastics. I recently completed a 3 year functional medicine mentorship and plan to use it to help friends/ family in need of a more holistic approach to health. With only one child left at home I am excited for the opportunity to golf and hike again. I am also looking forward to doing some traveling for pleasure, not a sporting event.
