• Responsible for providing monthly (or as requested) reports to the Accounting Department. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly distribution of recon reports.
• Assist with reports requested by jurisdictions for taxpayer information within city limits
• Assist with research for client requests. Assist staff in research, resolving and recording problems.
• Answer incoming calls from Jurisdictions regarding Business Licensing updates, New Profile set up for employees, reset passwords jurisdiction profiles.
• Review and process incoming requests through ServiceNow for business licenses, sales, occupational and lodging taxes.
• Provide onboard training to jurisdictions for online portal access.
• Other duties as assigned
