  • Prepped surface to apply Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) coating to F-16 intakes, and other areas of the aircraft and apply to required mils
  • Sanded and sealed completed finishes according to precise specifications
  • Prepared surfaces by removing imperfections, applying rust-resistant undercoats, and sealing seams
  • Check work order to ensure all prior operation lines have been stamped and dated and check for flag note changes if any
  • Check blueprint to assure the part matches and is mask correctly before working on part

  • Check humidity before painting parts using HVLP spray gun
  • Check part to make sure that it has no sags, trash, runs or dry spray before baking part in oven to cure

  • Check email and pass down from prior shift after morning meetings
  • Pre-operation on blast booth at shift start checked valves, motors, pump, filters, and oil levels before operations
