- Prepped surface to apply Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) coating to F-16 intakes, and other areas of the aircraft and apply to required mils

- Prepared surfaces by removing imperfections, applying rust-resistant undercoats, and sealing seams
- Check work order to ensure all prior operation lines have been stamped and dated and check for flag note changes if any
- Check blueprint to assure the part matches and is mask correctly before working on part
- Check work order to assure correct paint color, type, and number of coats to apply
- Check humidity before painting parts using HVLP spray gun
- Check part to make sure that it has no sags, trash, runs or dry spray before baking part in oven to cure

- Pre-operation on blast booth at shift start checked valves, motors, pump, filters, and oil levels before operations
