- Lead the first Regional New Graduate RN Transition to Practice Program to acquire ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) in the KP enterprise.
- Provide expert strategic planning, consultative, and management services to senior executives in areas of nursing professional development, education, competencies, and continuous learning.
