  • Led a 1400-person organization composed of Active and Reserve Army, Air Force, Space Force, Navy and Marine service members, civilians and contractors tasked to deploy trained joint planners, public affair professionals and communications teams globally in support of National Defense Security Objectives. Led the management of a headquarters and six subordinate organizations, the execution of 23 running streams, 17 budget streams, a communication modernization program and high-quality internal training programs. Led the digital transformation of the organization to include data literacy efforts, data collection and integration to multiple platforms while creating efficiencies and process improvements within the organization.

  • Dual responsible role, leading a 50-person organization of Army Reserve Service Members tasked to rapidly deploy and integrate with an international military partner and operate digital command and control systems in order to provide a common operating picture of operational and tactical missions to the higher headquarters leadership. Also responsible for the management of the Army Reserve Facility at Fort Bragg and coordinating with 12 tenant organizations and the resources requirements.
