Kimberly Lopez

I am currently working as a Greeter at Elgin Toyota. Im a bubbly peron who loves socializing and making people feel welcomed. This job has been such a great fit for me. While being a full time greeter at Toyota Im also crossed trained for Cashiering. I help out doing deal bags, scan Service Ro's and help out with phones to help assistant bilingual customers!

As a greeter I also

• Escort guests to seating area, highlighted daily specials to promote positive experience.

This was first job while still being in high school! I've learned to communicate and have a well known skill for a winning attitude.

While working at dominos I learned great customer service skills. I worked in the back which consisted of making pizzas, taking orders, picking up phone calls, and cashiering. Not only did it help improve my customer service skills but it helped working at a fast pace and multitasking while making sure all customers were well attended.

• Wiped down counters and conveyor belt to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
• Worked closely with front-end staff to assist customers and maintain satisfaction levels.
