• Educated and equipped 166 caregivers on how to use CareChek, a milk management system, to inventory, assign and feed all milk products. Launched the implementation of its use in Labor and Delivery, Mom Baby and Antepartum.
• Using evidence base research and CCH's Policy and Procedures, wrote and presented in services on Post Partum Hemorrhage, Infant Abduction, Pregnancy Induced Hypertension, Pre-Eclampsia, Eclampsia and Chronic Hypertension with Superimposed Pre-Eclampsia to Mom Baby nursing caregivers.
• Organized and implemented a program providing home blood pressure monitors to high risk mothers for self advocacy and home monitoring within Antepartum, Perinatology, Post Partum, and the OB Emergency Department
• Serve as a team leader on the Caregiver Engagement Respect and Belonging Solutions Committee.
• Serve on Providence Infant Feeding Committee (PIFP) as the representative of the Central Division.
• Attended, presented and participated in two Texas AIM conferences, representing CCH's work surrounding hypertension in pregnancy, including audits ensuring high performance in caring for this population of high risk women.
