- Organize and direct two-three theatrical productions each overseeing all rehearsals, set construction, lighting and sound design, stage management, and box office management.
- Manage Theatre Department budget since 2005.
- Design effective Theatre Arts curriculum delivering classroom instruction, designing and overseeing collaborative assignments, and developing formative and summative assessments.
- Communicate student progress and school events to families though PowerSchool and Schoology platforms as well as social media.
- Implement effective student discipline, conflict resolution, and student support services.
- Utilize creative instructional practices and field trips to help students further explore classroom and production content.
- Help students prepare for continuing education and their future careers by reinforcing positive study skills and encouraging perseverance.
- Member of International School Theatre Association (ISTA) since 2019.
