Leadership Experience

Working as a Customer Service Manager I was in charge of managing over 100 associates making sure they were properly trained for their job position and seeing that they perform well. In this role I developed leadership skills which easily transferred over to my Insurance job where I was commission based and helped in developing not only other agents but myself as a 1099 worker.
