  • Reviewed TSCF intake referral documents, 561 Medical HUB exam forms, Hospital discharge records, investigation narratives, contact documentation, court reports, and Psychotropic Medical Authorization for newly detained, Courtesy Hold, or Replacement youth with placement disruption and/or challenging barriers.
  • Collected case/referral data from regional staff to verify bed availability and connection to outreach supportive services for medically cleared children at the HUB before entering TSCF.
