Essential duties include: Working the front counter where I’m responsible for answering the phones and assisting retail and commercial customers. Running the POS cashier system, taking customer payments, and closing drawer at end of shift. Process and verify the store deposit, fixing any errors before sending to bank. Research product availability and location for commercial customers needed to get their projects completed. Process returns from previous day to be sent to Distribution Center. Manage drivers and route them appropriately for quickest delivery times and efficiency. Supervise team members when Management is not available. Print daily and weekly reports and file inbound invoices.

Counted beginning and ending cash drawer, cashiered, and balanced safe. Delivered parts to commercial customers when needed. Processed returns from previous day to send to Distribution Center and print daily reports.
