My greatest achievement has been becoming a CNA and then a QMA, I truly love and care about the residents, they all become like my second family and I morn the loss of each and every one of them , but my all time greatest achievement in life is my son and now my granddaughter, my family is everything to me , I have a big heart and I care very deeply.
