In September 2025, I transitioned to a position with Global Security Corporation that allowed me to remain a Security Supervisor at Volvo Cars USA. During my time working with GSC, I obtained an instructor's certification with SLED allowing me to teach Primary Basic and Primary Plus training in the state of South Carolina. My duties with GSC include but are not limited to;

• Supervising a team of security officers in their daily duties, inspecting post and meeting with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities, monitoring security systems including alarms, cameras, access control systems, and emergency response programs, conducting regular patrols of the premises to identify any potential security risks, maintaining accurate records of all security-related incidents and activities, identifying and reporting security threats or safety hazards, training of security personnel, assisting with scheduling needs, coordinating security for special events, interviews and hiring of security officers, and responding to alarms and/or emergency calls.

During my employment with Weiser Security Services in Ridgeville, SC, I worked with a large scale manufacture, Volvo Cars USA. Starting as a gate officer, I quickly moved into the position of armed rover, before stepping into the role of security supervisor. While working with Weiser Security Services my duties included but were not limited to;

Supervising security personnel to ensure adherence to protocols and procedures, conducting regular patrols to monitor premises and deter unauthorized activities, responding promptly to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary, implementing training programs for new security staff on operational standards and emergency procedures, maintaining detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes, utilizing surveillance systems effectively to monitor high-risk areas and assess security vulnerabilities.

My time at Volvo Cars did not come to an end here and I am joyful to say that I continued my journey at Volvo Cars with Global Security Corporation as a Security Supervisor.

During my tenure with Precision Protective and Security Services, I quickly rose to the position of Patrol Sergeant. Starting as an Armed Officer, I worked numerous static sites. After a few months, I was promoted to Corporal, overseeing a group of 50+ officers who worked static sites, These sites ranged from residential clients to plazas and manufacturers. After a year with PPSS, I was promoted to Sergeant and asked to lead a patrol unit of 8 officers. Our unit specialized in high risk contracts and patrolled over 130 accounts between Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC. PPSS is one of very few security companies utilizing blue lights in the state of South Carolina. While employees with PPSS, I assisted with a number of tasks including but not limited to; scheduling, client relations, dispatch, emergency response, training, interviews, and report writing. I utilized various types of equipment such as radar guns, breathalyzers, tasers, oc spray, batons, handcuffs, and firearms in accordance with applicable regulations and safety standards.

As a security officer with Lifeguard Protective Services, I worked with various types of clientele. I was privileged to work alongside many distinguished individuals, including Mayor Vi Lyles and Representative Jeffery Jackson. I spent much of my career with Lifeguard Protective services working on a contract for the City of Charlotte. I sat in on high tension dispute settlement cases, city meetings, hearings, and more. My duties included but were not limited to; risk assessment, client relations, patrols, enforcing policies and procedures based on where I was posted, and emergency response.

As a Security Officer with Weiser Security Services, my duties focused heavily on loss prevention for a large scale manufacturer.

My typical duties included but were not limited to;

Patrolling premises regularly to maintain order and establish security presence. Utilizing strong communication skills to interact with staff, guests, vendors and law enforcement personnel in a professional manner. Enforcing safety regulations, policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment. Investigating incidents of employee theft and other criminal activities on the premises.
