Serves as the official custodian of the student academic records for the assigned campus, as well as the Designated School Officer (DSO) for International Student Education.
Represented the Registrar Department in the WASC Reaccreditation Process and serves as a member of the Leadership Team, Enrollments Management Team, and Appeals Committee.
Maintains and updates the computerized student information records system in accordance with accreditation, and regulatory compliance standards and procedures.
Conducts student file reviews, degree audits, and enrollment agreements to ensure that all required documentation has been requested and received.
Process attendance and grade changes as received from Program Directors, Deans, and the Director of Education.
Assists with developing and providing a written report of students not achieving satisfactory academic progress (SAP) prior to the beginning of a new session, and ensures students are academically dismissed in a timely manner, in accordance with policies and procedures.
Responds to student, agency, and outside institution requests for student information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Primary expert in the Registrar's Office on all facets of the University's degree audit system. Maintain students' records to ensure accuracy, completion, and safety for any state and accreditation review. Maintain the Federal Government’s Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations.
Grade reporting, Course Schedule, as well as processing all grade changes for the faculty
Transcript request processing and transfer credit evaluations.
Advise students, faculty, staff, and others related to office policies, procedures, and academic regulations.
Prepare timely annual student profile data for the HEGIS Report and/or IPPEPS Report, and prepare State or Accreditation reports as needed.
Prepare and maintain a Term Report addressing students’ WD (Withdrawal) or LOA (Leave of Absence) status, and list the associated reasons.
Prepare a Graduate Placement Report based on information collected from Annual Alumni Surveys.
Attend regional conferences.
Maintain the DETC standards, and ensure all registration services' procedures are within compliance.
