This was my first real job. I started and picked everything up fairly quickly and in about two weeks from the day I started it looked like I had worked their for years.
I had to be a problem solver especially for situations with angry customers and for those who don’t speak English.
Had an easy adjustment when I started. I always did my best to pick up what I could learn from each person around me.
I got along with every companion(partner) I was assigned and do well working with local church members. I gained great communication skills as I talked to each person I encountered.
Leadership
I achieved in High School the second team Academic All-State in Athletics. I also was chosen by a teacher as best student at the end of the year.
At McDonalds I was ready to be promoted to manager before moving on. I also was begged not to leave.
In my mission I trained 2 other missionaries. As well as served as a district leader my first time training.
