- As an Assistant to Coaches, I supported daily team activities by helping set up and organize training sessions, including preparing equipment and practice areas. I assisted coaches during practices and games by ensuring drills ran smoothly and that players had what they needed. I also helped with equipment management, cleanup after sessions, and basic coordination between coaches and players. In addition, I assisted during ID camps by helping with player check-in, field setup, equipment organization, and supporting coaches throughout camp sessions. This role required reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
