At Discount tire your official title does not necessarily dictate your role at the job. Every person at Discount Tire starts at the bottom, every manager who's at the top started by changing the tires.

I am trained in tire changing on both an automatic changer and manual changer, proper lifting of a vehicle, balancing assemblies, flat repairs, identifying and scanning stock, pulling in customer vehicles, guiding in customer vehicles using proper hand signals, preforming pre and post benedictions of service to the customer and giving informed opinions of service based on safety (E.G. Telling a customer his or her tire is actually repairable instead of selling them 4 tires like another place would), sales trained. At Discount, work is morality driven not money driven.
