Customer service - Involved dealing with promotions, customer's individual concerns, covering routes due to illness and vacations. In addition to normal managerial duties. Dolly Madison Bakeries was part of Interstate Brands which filed for bankruptcy which eliminated the job.

Route Sales - Delivery/removal of product, suggestive selling to the customer, normal duties associated with a uniform/linen route.

Started as a crew member, working, working up to assistant manager position. Eventual duties involved, inventory control, labor contral, as well as normal operational responsibilities. During my tenure I was asked to assist in opening three new stores for the franxhise.
