I have 15 years of railroad electronic experience. I started out on maintenance gang installing signal and crossing systems and quickly moved into a maintainers position while I was still in signal school. I then spent 10 years maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing multiple signal systems throughout my territory while helping other maintainers in my area with the aspirations of becoming a Electronic Technicians and moving my way into management. While maintaining I obtained my FCC license in order to advance my career qualifications to become an Electronic Technician. I currently work as an Electronic Technician and take on many other roles and responsibilities including training and working with new hires while completing my own testing. It is my goal to move on to a management position and beyond from here.
