• Answered customer inquiries regarding store policies and procedures.
• Operated cash register efficiently and accurately, processed payments by cash, check, credit card, gift card, or automatic debit.
• Maintained cleanliness of the checkout area including countertops, registers, windowsills and floors.
• Ensured compliance with all safety regulations within the store environment.

I was a founder and assisted in operating Winding Oak Gift Co. Which is a company that provides high-quality gifts and pottery pieces. My role included website design, social media management, and assisting in product collection/creation. Before taking a step back from the business, I was able to line up farmers' markets to provide a hands-on location to interact with customers and expand the business outreach.
