- Take new patient calls and ensure they receive the proper information on our clinic.

- Schedule new patients accordingly to schedule template and availability.

- Reach out to newly delivered patients, or patients getting ready to deliver to schedule newborn appointments, or postpartum appointments.

- Transfer forms that were completed by patients into their charts.

- Call patients that were referred to Health Services of North Texas to set an appointment, and create incoming referrals.

- Work with new patients one-on-one to fill out new patient forms properly for a timely check-in.

- Create and implement daily activities for summer program.

- Lead recreational activities.

- Instructs participants and enforces the rules, regulations, procedures, and safety precautions of various games or
activities to maintain progression of activities in an orderly fashion.

- Maintain the workflow of packages by unloading them onto conveyer belt in a timely manner.

- Keep area clean and organized.

- Separate packages based on weight and size.
