Exercising, Reading, and writing

I love waking up early, starting my day by going for a run, doing pulls and push ups. Afterwards I'll meditate for 10 minutes to gather myself for the rest of the day. Throughout the day I like reading here and there also writing whenever a thought comes to mind or ideas i have for anything to keep myself focus.
