• Plan scheduled fights in accordance with the available resources.
• Knowledgeable in planning, manifesting and buildup of all the Aircraft Types operated/handled by QR Cargo Fleet (A300-600F, B777-200ERF & A330-200F ),and so on.
• Experienced in handling Special Cargo like OHG, Odd Sized and HEA shipments most frequently own on QR flights.
• To supervise and monitor all built-up activities and ensure SOPs are strictly adhered to QR standards and as per GOM, maximizing the load factor of the Aircraft Type.
• Coordinate with Ground Services Team to ensure all joining and transit cargo reaches the bay 02 hours prior to departure.
• To ensure transfer cargo is loaded and connected to onward flights with all relevant documents without compromising safety.

1.Worked at Qatar Airways Cargo Hub & manage to deal with daily cargo operation for smooth movement of outgoing shipment in the flight Manifestation & Cargo Planning /Co-ordination Department working on the CROAMIS system.
2 Responsible to plan, monitor and ensure 100% utilization and optimization of available positions on the flight as per the FBL.
3.Provide preliminary cargo tonnage to load control as per the agreed cut-off time and ensure estimated figures are in proximity of actual tonnage in order to avoid fuel weight variance.
4.Ensure manifest, UWS and NOTOCs been released to load control within the agreed timeframe.
5.Determine the available flight capacity to ensure maximum cargo optimization with the best ULD combination.
6.Coordinate with the customer airlines and RM proactively and fill-up the under optimized flights with on-hand loads.
7.Pro-actively communicate with the build-up teams and ensure shipments been built as planned to meet the FBL compliance and to achieve the FAP.
8.Ensure manifest, UWS and NOTOCs been released to load control within the agreed timeframe. Failures to been recorded with the appropriate operational remarks in CROAMIS.
9.Perform the mandatory checks during the flight planning, which involves gross weight.

• Manage and carry out specific program and regulatory activities such as enforcing hazmat and weight restrictions.
• Maintain compliance issues relate to TSA, FAA, and cargo operations for several major airlines.
• Handle various amounts of freight including both FTL, LTL, dry, refrigerate and intermodal.
• Practice safe conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures by adhering to strict TSA, IATA, and DCOM regulations.
• Handle accounts that require FDA clearance.
• Enter payments in croamis software upon acceptance.
