• CSAT average from 3.4 to 3.7

Led the frontend Report Builder team, which owned the Single-object and Custom Report Builder. Released 14 features, generated $2.5M in ARR from upgrade points, and drove the Payments Reporting dashboard for Commerce compass story.

Served as a long-term strategic consultant for HubSpot's largest accounts. Conceptualized, developed, and delivered Premier Roadmap and a corresponding playbook to the global Professional Services team, which served as a the primary strategic deliverable.

Served as technical and strategic consultant for new customers. Drove successful customer adoption, contributing to long-term customer retention.

Worked on the frontline of Support, assisting HubSpot customers with our software, such as DNS updates, CRM integrations, HTML and CSS design changes, and troubleshooting potential or existing issues. Resolved over 3,000 cases and served as a team lead for four other support engineers.

Served as head strategist on major client account, leading online marketing campaigns and influencing digital brand perception.
