  • Prioritize, pick, and audit customer orders for accuracy. This is very much a working supervisor position that assumes leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stage orders and load trucks for delivery.
  • Ensure that there is a qualified driver for every route scheduled to run on any given day; regularly review driver staffing requirements to ensure adequate levels of staffing and efficient route performance.

  • Ensure all drivers receive the monthly safety training and that participation rosters are uploaded to SharePoint.
