As an Assistant Field Manager, I would do the last sweep (after the clean is completed) to ensure it is guest-ready before check in! I would ensure Wi-Fi, water, AC, TV’s, locks, and amenities were meeting standards/set out. Anything that required to be troubleshot before contacting maintenance would be carried out myself. This would include bulb/battery changes, Wi-Fi issues, or taking a quick trip to get anything that are crucial for a guests stay. The job requires you to be extremely detailed oriented, which is right up my alley!

This also included clear communication with Guest Services to ensure that our guests understand and meet the company’s expectations and guidelines. I’m able to quickly and efficiently help our Guest Service Team on handling any issues with the guests and to also provide assistance if needed. I’m flexible and will be quick to reach out and offer support wherever it’s needed in the field or if I’m on call for after hours.

I am also decently tech-savvy and a quick learner to boot.
