Summary

As a cook at Sud's I learned on how to communicate with others effectively and what is needed to avoid work place problems including disagreements on what should be done. I also learned how to stick to a schedule of when things need to be done and how to work at appropriate speeds but not diminish the quality of work. As a cook the skills of cooking might not specifically transfer to other jobs but while working there I learned how to take criticism in many forms including aggressive and learn from it and improve the work. I learned what goes into cleaning and providing a food grade clean surface.
